Why am I writing this blog?
Because all of my life I have been overweight. I would be told by doctors that I needed to lose weight but other than the usual “eat healthy and excercise” they really lacked advice and actual insight into a way that I could lose and successfully maintain a new diet and lose the weight to allow me to hit my goal and stick there. I also want to keep myself accountable and hopefully help others with recipes and reaching their goals.
What is carb-cycling?
Carb Cycling is where you mix low carb and high carb days to trick your body. It’s ideal for an endomorphic body type. I’m not a nutritionist, I’m not certified in anything, just another person sharing things that I’m experiencing.
